The team members should be acknowledged and rewarded for their performance and contribution to the success of the assigned projects. Rewarding performance promotes innovation and motivation among the team members. The other strategy is providing regular and consistent feedback. The inter-disciplinary team members should be made aware of their small successes, challenges and strategies that can be embraced for further achievements (Sherman, 2019). Regular and consistent feedback strengthens the adoption of behaviors that promote excellence.
