Refund Policy

AceMycoursework.org wants to be 100% sure that you leave our essay writing service fully satisfied. That’s why we are ready to be held responsible for not adhering to clients’ instructions and guidelines as outlined in the order detail page or delivering papers in a timely manner. If we violate on any of our guarantees, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund as per our refund policy. Our essay writing service want to emphasize that only in certain situations you will get a refund. These situations include:

No expert assigned yet

This rarely happens because we have a huge team of academic writing experts at our disposal. If this happens, you will receive the entire amount you paid for the order back. You will be notified as soon as we realize that there is no expert available to do the assignment.

If you cancel the order

If an academic writer was assigned your order but you decide to cancel the order, we will offer you a 60% refund. The remaining 40% will cover the effort of the academic writer made in attempt to write the paper.

If we miss your deadline by few minutes

This can only happen if the gets ill or in case of other emergencies. AceMycoursework.org will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery. Our essay writing service will discuss with you on the exact amount to reimburse for compensation.

Late delivery

On-time delivery of all the orders is guaranteed. If we miss your deadline by several hours, which rarely happen, we will refund all your money in full. Then it's up to you to decide whether to pay for the order or not.

Plagiarized papers

We don’t give excuses on plagiarized papers. If there is a claim that the writer we assigned the order delivered a plagiarized paper, we will refund all your money. In this case, you will need to provide a plagiarism report when submitting your refund claim. After submitting the refund, we will then suspend the writer from working for our clients.

Accidental duplicate order

You will need to contact our support team as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order you placed by mistake. The order will be treated as valid if you fail to submit a cancellation request on time. If an expert has been assigned the order, you can still cancel the order but you will reimburse only 60% of the entire amount you paid. The remaining will go towards compensating the writer for the effort made in writing the paper.

Disputed claims

If you are not satisfied and would like to request a refund instead, our quality assessment team will conduct a thorough investigation. You will be notified within 48 hours if your refund claim was approved or rejected. Just keep in mind that we always want every client who uses our essay writing service to be fully satisfied. Hence, we will treat every client with fairness they deserve and every refund claim with seriousness it disserves.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

• You receive a low grade than was expected. Of course we guarantee high quality custom-written essays but we don’t guarantee high grades. Our custom written papers are meant to be used as samples when writing original paper for submission or as a point of reference for research purposes.
• You miss the deadline as a result of not downloading the paper on time. Once your paper is ready, we will send you an email notifying you that your paper has been uploaded into your account. It’s your responsibility to download the paper and submit it to your professor or academic instructor before the set assignment deadline.
• It’s an editing, proofreading or formatting order. These orders usually contain errors of contextual nature made by you. Our work, of course, is to try and remove those errors. If you get few more errors once we deliver your paper, we will not offer you any refund. Instead, we will accept revision requests until you are satisfied.
• You fail to cancel a duplicate order. Our essay writing service will treat your order as valid if you fail to submit a cancellation request on time.
• The refund period has passed. Usually, you will need to request a refund (send refund claim) within 7 days from the original transaction date. If you submit a refund claim after the expiry of the refund period, you will not be entitled for any refund.

Refund processing

If your refund claim is approved, our support team will send you a refund confirmation within 24 hours. We will then submit your refund within 48 hours from the time of receiving a refund confirmation email. Please note that our essay writing service cannot be held responsible for any delay you may experience with your PayPal or Bank. We will also not be responsible for bank transfer fees.
