1.

At the session that I engaged with the client, I had to observe and put in mind that critical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal communication are all essential during a conversation with project-based clients. The best key for managing any client relationship with me is by us building trust with each other. I could only forge part of this trust by being honest and genuine to the client.

Anticipating the needs was the best feeling for the client and me. This aspect built my relationship, which was the ultimate goal that I wanted to achieve. Motivating your clients, giving them the solution to the challenges they may be facing, and reaching their goals gave me a feeling of being sure of myself and my abilities. Being consistently proving myself to be a strategic problem-solver and a reliable partner with my clients raised my self-esteem.

The fact that I have created a lot of trust in you with my client, I feel that I built a robust and collaborative relationship, and through this, many clients might look for my expertise on strategy or creative direction. I might have valuable insight or experience that  I can offer to help elevate the client’s project or increase its chances of success.
